Robert Becker

Mr. Becker co-manages our Art World recruiting practice. He works with leading Galleries, Auction Houses, Museums, Art Advisors, Artist Studios, Art PR firms and Art Technology companies to fill key employment positions. Prior to ARB, Mr. Becker co-headed the Financial Services recruiting practice at Bond Street Group for 10 years. Before executive recruiting, Mr. Becker spent 18 years in investment banking. Mr. Becker received his MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and his undergraduate degree from Brown University.

Alan Roth

Mr. Roth co-manages our Art World recruiting practice and runs our talent acquisition group. He has helped ARB develop a deep pool of highly qualified Art World candidates. Prior to ARB, Mr. Roth co-headed the Financial Services recruiting practice at Bond Street Group. Previously, Mr. Roth enjoyed a career on Wall Street in investment banking at several leading firms. Mr. Roth earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BS from Boston College.

On weekends, Alan immediately backburners the chore list to ride his bike or enjoy nature walks.
